For our brand and marketing services, we work closely with our clients to ensure that we meet their specific needs and deliver results. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 14 days of project completion to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address any issues and find a satisfactory solution. Please note that since every brand and marketing project isn’t the same; refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Online Shop – Digital Products


For digital products purchased from our online shop, such as e-books, templates, or online courses, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you encounter any technical issues or believe there was a mistake with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you.


As digital products cannot be physically returned, return requests for digital products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with detailed information about the issue, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Online Shop – Physical Products


For physical products purchased from our online shop, such as merchandise or printed materials, we offer refunds for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund process.


If you wish to return a physical product for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss your request. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
