A KPI is a metric that shows you how effectively your business is doing at achieving key business objectives.
SMM of course includes using social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter as marketing tools. SMM allows marketers the ability to create content and share it quickly throughout their different networks and platforms.
ROI is important in digital marketing because it shows you how much your business profits as well as the losses.
